Ground Review in partnership with the City of Corona is embarking on a visionary project to revitalize the city’s downtown. Located at the corner of S. Main St. and E. Sixth St., the project includes nearly 65,000 SF of community-engaging entertainment retail. The project will become home to an exciting collective of retail, restaurants, entertainment, and active uses. The project is poised to be a one-of-a-kind experience in the Inland Empire and a catalyst for Corona’s downtown revitalization

Born of a desire to see people come together over food and drinks, SteelCraft unites local eateries with a communal dining space in Garden Grove. Whether you come for the food, the drinks, or the people, there's a place for you at the SteelCraft table.

The Whittier Packing House is the revitalization of a century old citrus packing facility preserving historical architecture and thoughtfully blending in new ideas and concepts. While the project celebrates the irreplicable packing house facility, it also creates people space around uniquely curated social garden space.

The Whittier Packing House will build a new community park to connect to the Whittier Green Way Trail a bike path that connects Los Angeles County to Orange County.

The project seeks to build community around the famous King Richard's Antique Mall with the addition of some of the best local food and beverage concepts and social uses such as a community bike shop and roller rink.

At its core, the Whittier Packing House will be a destination for the community to gather, drive culture, and celebrate a historic landmark for the city of Whittier.

The Farm House collective celebrates Riverside's culture and history with a new social experience set against the backdrop of the restored historic Farm House Motel.

The Collective brings together makers, chets, students, neighbors, and families to connect and explore. Featuring inspiring local art shows, lively concerts from local bands, holiday celebrations and new cuisines from the best regional eateries, the Farm House Collective is a place to listen, relax, create, enjoy, and foster community connection.
